Kelly is a fitness & business professional, animal lover, surfer, traveler, and a cheerleader at heart.
Like many, she has struggled in the past with body image and tried various diets, which led to fatigue, frustration, and weight gain. Kelly has faced and overcome her own digestive issues, food sensitivities, and most recently, hormonal, and other physiological changes.
During the pandemic of 2020, when many gyms were forced to close, she searched for a way to stay in shape with little or no equipment. An eternal optimist who always looks for the upside to life's challenges, Kelly saw an opportunity to help not only herself but others, by founding KJ-Fitt.
A driven individual who has overcome health and fitness obstacles in her own life, Kelly now stands ready to extend her experience, research, and training to help you be the best version of you.
Most importantly, she is ready to challenge you, support you, and guide you along that path to a healthier lifestyle!
Kelly is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She has led an active, adventurous lifestyle, beginning with scholastic & collegiate sports, and working as an aerobics & fitness trainer.
Kelly brings a diverse range of experience to her KJ-Fitt clients, having studied & trained in weight-lifting, group exercise, functional kickboxing, Krav Maga, melee weapons, surfing, and snowboarding.
To ensure the best results for her clients, most KJ-Fitt programs include nutrition coaching and customized workouts. Kelly is great motivator who will help you crush your fitness goals. It must be that cheerleader heart!
Why the extra "T" in KJ-Fitt? Everyone is unique and has their own body styles, so Kelly puts the extra "T" in fit(t), designing the right program for you. Think of it like a favorite T-shirt, some like ‘em loose fit and others like ‘em snug.

Plus, each class is recorded for you to use throughout the week, keeping you on track anytime, anywhere!

KJ-Fitt 21 Day - Sugar Shut-Down Challenge will help you ditch the sugar to kick start a new, healthier, more fabulous lifestyle (and to say sayonara to the sweet stuff for the long haul!).
Over the next 21 Days, you will find and learn where & how sugar has been holding you back from reaching your health goals and then put it into action with a 14 day “Sugar Shutdown” where we will transition away from sugar.
The challenge will be broken down as follows:
